Since all our designs are made to order, we’re unable to offer refunds or returns for a change of mind or sizing issues. Order Cancellations

Need to cancel your order? No problem—email us at info@unusual.am as soon as possible. If your piece hasn’t entered production yet, we’ll do our best to process a cancellation and refund. For PayPal payments, refunds will exclude PayPal fees.

Alterations & Exchanges

We offer size exchanges or alterations within 3 days of receiving your item. Here’s what to know:

• Alterations may come with an additional 25% fee.
• Exchanges must be returned using a tracked and signed shipping service, covered by the customer.
• Worn or used items cannot be exchanged or returned.
